Talk to your florist about the color and style of your wedding. Give them an indication about what will work for you. By doing this, you will allow the florist to have a great idea or two about your wedding flowers so that they can ultimately provide you with something that works perfectly.

For some, it is not about which flowers they wan tin their wedding, but rather which flowers they do not want! If there are flowers that you do not like and don't want to see in the finished product, tell the florist about this when ordering flowers.

Although your flowers will be arranged just the day or so before your wedding day, you still should plan to provide your florist with three to six months of notice about your needs. This will give them time to plan your wedding design and to help you to gather all your needs.
