Take the time to go and look at the vehicle you are renting. Is it well repaired and well kept? What is the exterior like? What is the interior like? Ask if the car you are looking at is the one that will be used at the wedding.
Get everything in writing in a contract. This includes the times of pick-up and drop off at the various locations you will be transported to, as well as if the limo is to stay with you when not in use or if the driver and limo are only required to be at the location during the times outlined in the contract.
Find out about the cancellation policy and how to address any concerns or issues with the service during the wedding. Although it is highly unlikely there will be a problems, what would the company do if there was a breakdown, mechanical failure or other problem with the car?
