Get everything in writing in a contract. This includes the times of pick-up and drop off at the various locations you will be transported to, as well as if the limo is to stay with you when not in use or if the driver and limo are only required to be at the location during the times outlined in the contract.
Find out about the cancellation policy and how to address any concerns or issues with the service during the wedding. Although it is highly unlikely there will be a problems, what would the company do if there was a breakdown, mechanical failure or other problem with the car?
Be prepared to tip the limo driver at the end of the evening, especially if he or she was required to stay with the wedding party for the entire event. In addition they will need to have a meal and should be asked if they want to eat with the wedding guests, especially if you are in a private venue.
